Date: Sunday 25th June 2017
Time: 9.30am -4.30pm
Venue: Gladstone’s Library, Hawarden.
We all have a favorite garment that we wish we could recreate. This workshop will enable you to do just that. Bring your favorite dress, skirt, trousers and create a pattern from it to enable you to recreate the garment in a different fabric. You will create the pattern and with time permitting, may be able to begin a toile of the garment to test construction and fit.
Some experience of dressmaking is required for this workshop.
The workshops are designed to be relaxed, enjoyable and informative. We also like to make it easy for people to come by providing all of the materials and use of all of the equipment needed, within the cost. All you need to do is come along and sew.
Payment is needed at the time of booking to secure your place. Places will be limited to a maximum of 8 per workshop or course (I need to be able to give sufficient attention to all).
