Date: Sunday 21st May 2017
Venue: Gladstone’s Library, Hawarden.
Using Piping and Bias Binding on a project can create a professional and beautiful finish. Being able to make your own bias binding and piping will gives a wide range of options rather than being limited to the standard options provided by haberdashery suppliers. If you are going to the trouble of using piping or bias binding, why compromise on the design when you can have the perfect trim also made by you. On this workshop, you will learn how to make both piping and bias binding. You will then learn to use them and create your own piped edge cushion.
The workshops are designed to be relaxed, enjoyable and informative. We also like to make it easy for people to come by providing all of the materials and use of all of the equipment needed, within the cost. All you need to do is come along and sew.
Payment is needed at the time of booking to secure your place as places will be limited to a maximum of 8 per workshop or course (I need to be able to give sufficient attention to all).
